Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rute43 website accessible at rute43.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and native applications.
• "Company", "we", "us", "our" means rute43, the operator of the Platform.
• "Member", "you", "your" means any natural person who has completed the registration process and holds an active rute43 account.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which all betting activity and financial transactions on rute43 are conducted.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credit unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Credit" means promotional funds awarded by rute43 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum of qualifying bets that a Member must place before Bonus Credit becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10×).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which rute43 confirms a Member's identity, age, and residence in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards.
• "IDR / Rupiah / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all financial transactions on rute43 are denominated.
• "Wager / Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, and cyberattack.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the rute43 Platform — whether or not you have registered an Account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rute43 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on rute43, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. rute43 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with the standards applicable to the Indonesia market. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from accessing the Platform or placing any Wager.
3. You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access online betting services of the kind offered on the Platform.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of rute43 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You have not previously had an Account terminated by rute43 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any fraudulent or abusive conduct.
7. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order you have placed with rute43 via our Responsible Gaming tools.

Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) Account on rute43. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and have access to.
• Your date of birth.
• Your city and province of residence within Indonesia.
• A secure password of your own choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must promptly notify rute43 of any change to the information provided at registration. rute43 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to maintain the accuracy of your account record.

rute43 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rute43 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before a Member may make their first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at rute43's discretion, you will be required to submit the following documents for review:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly visible on your submitted identity document, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken on or after the date of your KYC request.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., the BCA, BRI, or BNI account registered in your name).

rute43 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 30 minutes during normal business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Submissions received during high-volume periods or requiring additional clarification may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address.

Until KYC verification is complete, rute43 may at its discretion restrict account functionality, including but not limited to placing limits on withdrawals or the maximum balance permissible in the Account.

Deposits

rute43 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account where technically possible. rute43 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used.

rute43 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rute43 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though rute43 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests.
4. Any Bonus Credit that has not satisfied its applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal request, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
5. rute43 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard verified requests submitted during normal operating hours. Requests flagged for additional review may take up to 24 hours.

rute43 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unresolved KYC issues. In such cases, the Member will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the matter through our support team.

Bonuses & Promotions

rute43 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to residents of Indonesia who are 21 years of age or older and hold a fully verified rute43 Account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion will specify its own Wagering Requirement, minimum odds, eligible game types, and validity period. Members are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in combination with other active bonuses unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits this.
• rute43 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their acquired entitlement will be honoured.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, systematic exploitation of free-bet mechanics, or collusion with other Members — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonus Credit that expires before the applicable Wagering Requirement is met will be removed from the Account without compensation.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all Wagers placed on rute43 across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A Wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the rute43 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue are void and any stakes are returned.
• Odds: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the contractually binding odds for that Wager, irrespective of subsequent market movements.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. rute43 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Wagers placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. If any single leg of a mix parlay is voided, the overall odds are recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.
• Togel Markets: All togel draw results are taken from the official outputs of the respective pool operators (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, Macau). rute43 accepts no responsibility for delays or errors in the transmission of official results.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies, which may vary by product and market. The applicable maximum will be displayed at the point of bet placement. rute43 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market at its discretion.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), rute43 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Member.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rute43. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of breach:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false, assumed, or borrowed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, navigate the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes, share account access, or otherwise circumvent the integrity of the betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors on the Platform for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be recovered by rute43.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to rute43 via your bank or payment provider while retaining the corresponding wagering activity or winnings.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law, regardless of the means by which access is obtained (including use of VPN or proxy services).

Intellectual Property

All content on the rute43 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of rute43 or its content suppliers and is protected by internationally recognised intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of rute43.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Frame or embed any page or element of the Platform within another website or application without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of rute43 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the access licence and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

rute43 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of such data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud-prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

rute43 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their betting activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rute43, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the suspension or cancellation of a sporting event, market, or draw by the relevant governing body or pool operator.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from any unauthorised access to your Account that results from your own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in this clause shall limit rute43's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where rute43 is found liable for any claim arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

rute43 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Members via their registered email address and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on the Platform shall always be the authoritative version. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation and commercial law. The English-language version of this document is the authoritative and legally binding text.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the rute43 Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised with rute43, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent rute43 from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or any other legitimate interests where delay would cause irreparable harm.
